FARMYARD FAQS

Bookings

We do not take bookings for The Farmyard, simply arrive on the day and purchase your tickets from the bar.  If you have a large booking of 80+ people you may book the entire farmyard for your party.

To do this please email to:
events@terellabrewing.com.au

 Week Day Opening

We are open every Saturday and Sunday, during school holidays we will often open on Friday mornings also.  Keep an eye on our social media for additional opening times!

Adult Tickets

All kids under the age of 8yrs must be accompanied by an adult while in The Farmyard.  Adults are required to purchase a ticket if entering also.

Foot Wear

Due to health and safety regulations enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when in The Farmyard.

Do you Bottle Feeding

At this time all our animals are weaned, however check out our feeding times for the animals you can help hand feed.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos of the animals and your own family/group. By law you are not permitted to include any other child in the photo unless their guardian has pre-approved so please keep this in mind.

Can we Bring Birthday Cake?

Absolutely!!!  We love a good birthday party and what is a birthday without cake!?  We are happy to store it in our cool room, however it is a busy environment so we can't guarantee it's safety (although we are yet to lose one!), please also remember to bring your own plates, spoons/forks, knives and candles.

Dogs

Dogs on a leash are permitted on the brewery grounds. However, as our animals see dogs as a threat, and we like to keep them calm around children, please do not bring your dog within 2 metres of The Farmyard fencing or flagged off area.

Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted within The Farmyard due to health and safety regulations.

Wet Weather

If it is light showers we will most likely open. If it is predicted to be constant heavy rain or we have had  prolonged wet weather then we may not open The Farmyard. Our Facebook Page  will provide any updates by 8am on the opening day. If there is no update then we will open as normal.

Pony Rides

We do not do pony rides at this point, we do however have our resident miniature ponies here to pat.

Farmyard Animal Viewing

Even when The Farmyard is closed you can see all our animals grazing in their grazing paddocks at the back of the brewery.  You can also view the pigs, chickens and ducks from a distance.  Please do not feed any of our animals or wildlife and be conscious of the electric fencing.

Cows

The cows onsite are generally in the back paddocks. At this time we do not have rescue dairy bull calves.

Animals

Currently we have pigs, ducks, sheep, goats, miniature horses, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs.

Rabbits

At this stage our license to have rabbits does not allow them to be patted.  You can view them in their enclosure.
